Two day workshop series consisting of six courses. The purpose of the series was to a provide new perspective and approach to movement in training and in daily life. Participants experienced a variety of applications of simple movement set that included improved body awareness, balance, mobility and strength, health and wellness. Other topic covered in the series: How to fall properly, movement as meditation, structural integrity of the body, fluid movements, spine and organ vitality through movement, moving with nature, and how to receive and express force.
