One day workshop on the core movements of the art of Bagua (a martial art based on the 8 forces of nature). The purpose of the workshop was give participants a simple and fluid movement set that can be used as a daily practice for balance, stress relief, and centering. This event is a great example of how ancient knowledge is relevant in today’s world. Special thanks to Tao Yoga for hosting and organizing the event.
